Terms and Conditions

Fasten NZ Limited defines the terms and conditions to cover the use of our website www.fastennz.com and services listed on our website. This further includes visiting the website, making enquiry through the website and providing/sharing information through the website.
These terms and conditions are briefly described as below. We recommend , in case of doubt or further clarification please write to enquiry@fastennz.com , failing so Fasten NZ Limited have the right to refusal of any dispute.
1. Purchase of goods and services
An interest shown to buy our products or order good (* please ask for products T&C separately), the buyer is showing an interest to buy our goods. By submitting the enquiry, the buyer requests Fasten team to contact them for completing the sales process. In this case Fasten believes by submitting an order you confirm that you have read and agree to our standard Terms and Conditions for product purchases, which apply in addition to these website terms and conditions.
Fasten team will contact the buyer via an e-mail to confirm that we have received your enquiry and dedicated team will get in touch with you for order completion. From the time the enquiry is made to final purchase order by the buyer, the buyer agrees that goods and services prices may change. The pricing mentioned on our website is indicative figures only.
The order is only confirmed, by Fasten, upon receiving the payment (as per payment terms defined per order) from buyer. Once the payment is received the buyer cannot cancel the order and cancelation fees applies. The buyer agrees to pay the cancelation fees to Fasten.
2. Refusing or cancelling orders
Fasten has the right to refuse or cancel the order which may be dependent on external factors out of control of Fasten, including but not limited to, goods or services ordered are no longer available, in the event of force majeure , delay or stopping from the manufacturer/ supplier. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely in our discretion, have been placed fraudulently or in an act of misconduct.
If an order is cancelled by Fasten, we will refund any amount you have paid so far.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on the website at any time for any reason. This is not applicable to the buyer if you have already confirmed your order with us.
4. Services Execution
Once your order is confirmed, Fasten will contact you to make an appointment for site assessment for product installation or service, as required. That is if the buyer wishes to use installation services through Fasten.
If, during your site assessment, our technical team finds the product or services ordered are unsuitable as per the site, Fasten will recommend additional product which will be extra cost to the buyer. In any case, the buyer wants to still go ahead as per initial order, Fasten will not be held liable for product or Services performance or output calculation.
The services execution will be agreed mutually as per a set date. In any event if there is a delay in execution, the buyer will not hold Fasten liable for the delay. This delay can arise from climatic conditions , unavailability of staff or any other factor that is not in control of Fasten. However once a date of execution is confirmed by the buyer and buyer is not available on site this day , buyer is entitled to pay Fasten any costs incurred in travel and logistics.
5. Payment options
We currently accept only bank transfer.
6. Delivery and Charges
As standard timeframe, we believe the delivery of the goods should happen within 35 days from the date of order. Any delay in delivery will be informed to the buyer. We only deliver to New Zealand addresses. In case of goods received are damaged, the buyer will notify Fasten. Fasten will replace/re-order new goods for the buyer. (* Delivery timelines will apply same as above)
7. Personal Information and Privacy
Fasten may collect personal information about you when you use and access the website and/or our products and services reached enquired from our office. We are committed to protecting the information we collect and use and complying with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1993 No 28, which governs the use of your personal information. By using our Site and/or services you agree and consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and distribution of your information in accordance with our Privacy Act.

Please note that although our website may have some hyperlinks to other third-party websites, the information connected through these hyperlinks is not Fasten owned and its integrated to www.fastennz.com for information only. The buyer/user will not hold Fasten liable of this information.
10. Disclaimer
Our enquiry platform or website information is intended to provide information for buyers interested to use our products or services and by submitted their details, the buyers agree to be added to our database to receive promotional e-mails or marketing material.
Our endeavor is to supply information correct however, errors and omissions may occur. The buyer agrees to not hold Fasten liable for such errors or omissions. The inclusion of any email addresses on the website does not amount to consent to receiving unsolicited commercial electronic messages or SPAM. As permitted by New Zealand law, Fasten makes no warranties in relation to the freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of our or any other web site. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to keep our website free of viruses and malware, we do not accept and liability for loss or damage caused by viruses that may be transmitted to your computer by using our website.
11. Indemnity
The buyer agrees to indemnify Fasten for the cost of any claims arising from your unauthorized use of information shared by fasten, including the use of any intellectual property.
12. Jurisdiction and guarantees
Our Services in including marketing and sales material (website etc) is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand and governed by Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 – CGA
